Fujikura VENTUS TR Black VeloCore Driver Shaft
The extended VENTUS TR Black is designed specifically to stiffen torque in the section of the shaft where golfers need it most, leading to increased stability and consistency.
While VeloCore Technology remains at the heart of all VENTUS TR products to provide an incredibly stable overall platform, an added layer of ultra-strong and ultra-lightweight spread tow carbon fabric reinforces the mid/handle section to increase torsional stiffness. Each VENTUS TR profile provides similar feel to its original VENTUS counterpart, but with enhanced stiffness and reduced launch and spin.
Ongoing enso® analytics at Fujikura have shown one of the highest stress points of the shaft is the mid/handle section during the transition and downswing. Fujikura’s engineers targeted this specific section in VENTUS TR shafts to reduce twist and ovalization, providing golfers maximum stability and consistency for straighter shots and improved mishits.
What is VeloCore?
VeloCore technology is a multi-material bias core construction technique that delivers ultimate stability through transition and impact (maximizing clubhead MOI) increasing velocity and smash factor. The multi-material core is crafted with full-length, ultra-high modulus Pitch 70 Ton Carbon Fiber 150% stronger and more stable than T1100g for ultimate stability, and 40 Ton bias layers ensure incredible feel.
Ventus utilizes VeloCore to deliver ultimate stability through transition and impact. Ventus with VeloCore Technology promotes consistent center-face impact and provides ultimate stability, tightening dispersion and increasing control. The result is a shaft that maximizes the MOI and ball speed of your clubhead through the reduction of twist during the swing and at impact, especially on off-center hits.
Club Length: If you need a club length other than the standard "Club Length" for your club, you can specify a "Club Length" in inches in the "special instructions" section of your order.
Grips: We install a standard size, "velvet style" grip. You can also specify a grip from the list below in the "special instructions" section of your order.
