TourShaftGolf.com does not accept returns of custom made-to-order items such as golf shafts that have been built to a customer's specifications, other than for the following exceptions:
1. A defect in materials or craftsmanship regarding a golf shaft that is covered by the original shaft manufacturer's warranty.
2. An error by TourShaftGolf.com regarding the specifications for a custom shaft assembly.
3. Other defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Return Shipping Cost
Any and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a broken shaft, contact TourShaftGolf immediately. Claims of shafts broken in shipping will not be honored if reported after the delivery date recorded by the U.S.P.S.
If an item has obviously been damaged in shipping, do not accept the item or return the item to the shipper immediately as "return to sender".
Claims of shaft breaks other than in shipping
Return shipping costs for claims of shaft breaks other than those damaged in shipping will be at the customer's expense. The claims will be examined for 30 days to determine if these breaks were from an internal defect of the shaft or an external force. In either case, no refunds will be issued for 30 days.
